Morning Walk

Wind and Sun are the most powerful means to refresh our body. Early morning wake-up and walking, breaks our dullness and drowsiness(easy to say but difficult to follow). Thousand ways to practice walk but there is only one way to feel the freshness is walking in the morning.
Can feel the cool of breeze and heart is so easy to felt chillness is the morning. Day start with the freshness, will greet challenges powerfully from inner heart without asking for the second thought of facing.
